The connection modes of stainless steel pipes are various. The common types of pipe fittings are compression type, compression type, flexible connection type, push-threaded type, socket welding type, flexible flange connection, welding type and derivative series connection mode combining welding with traditional connection. These connection modes, according to their different principles, have different scope of application, but most of them are easy to install, solid and reliable. Most of the sealing rings or gaskets used in the connection are made of silicone rubber, nitrile butadiene rubber and ethylene propylene diene rubber, which meet the requirements of the national standards, thus eliminating the worries of users.

 

Clamping connection step

 

1. Tube breakage: Cut off the pipe according to the length required. When breaking the pipe, do not use too much force to prevent the pipe from losing circle.

 

2. Deburring: After cutting off the pipe, the burr should be removed clean to avoid cutting the sealing ring.

 

3. Marking: In order to fully insert the steel pipe into the fitting socket, the insertion length must be marked at the end of the pipe.

 

4. Assembly: The sealing ring should be installed in the U-groove of the pipe fittings correctly, and the pipe should be inserted into the pipe fittings socket, waiting for pressing.

 

5. Pressing: When pressing, the protruding part of the pipe is placed in the concave groove of the die, and the clamp is perpendicular to the pipe axis.

 

6. Inspection: After the crimping is completed, special gauges are used to inspect the crimping dimensions.
