321 stainless steel is Ni-Cr-Ti austenitic stainless steel, which has the properties of wear resistance, high temperature resistance, creep resistance, etc. It is used to manufacture lining and conveying pipes of wear-resistant acid containers and wear-resistant equipment.

 

Ti in 321 stainless steel exists as a stabilizing element, but it is also a kind of heat-strength steel, which is much better than 316L in high temperature. 321 stainless steel has good wear resistance in organic acid and inorganic acid of different concentration and temperature, especially in oxidizing medium. It is used to manufacture lining and conveying pipeline of wear-resistant acid container and wear-resistant equipment.

 

321 stainless steel is Ni-Cr-Ti austenitic stainless steel, its performance is very similar to 304, but due to the addition of metal titanium, it has better grain boundary corrosion resistance and high temperature strength. The formation of chromium carbide is effectively controlled by adding titanium metal.

 

321 stainless steel is superior to 304 stainless steel in stress Rupture and Creep Resistance stress mechanical properties. Suitable for high temperature welding components.
